Insomniac Museum
To reach the Insomniac Museum go to the teleporter on the Starship Phoenix if you have collected ALL the trophies or if you have some trophies missing go to the teleport pad which is hidden in the first part of Metropolis between the times of 3:00am and 3:59am to get there (set the system time on the PlayStation 2 to 3:00am. To do this easily). The Insomniac museum contains things like comics, pictures and concept art which didnt' make it into the game.

Mega-InfectoBomb to Omega in less then a minute
This cheat requires you to have started your 2nd Challenge mode at least, u can still do it on your 10th or even 20th challenge mode, so long as you have the Mega-Infecto Bomb with little to no experience, and your on Planet Veldin. After you do the challenge where u descend from the sky on Veldin, and you kill most of the enemies, the door will open releasing a laser thyrranoid and a bunch of small ones. Dispose of them however you want, but when you get on top of the platform in the unlocked door, use the Mega Infectobomb on the little spaceship while hiding under the barricades, each shot should give a good chunk of experience, leading to Omega in less then a minute.

for all multi-taskers out there, i completely agree with the guy who made the infinint bolts cheat, but if you have something to do, thats no reason to stop, so try folding a sticky note into a triangle like you would for finger-football, then stick the sharper pointed ends into the space on the controller right at the circle button.

If you have inferno on and then you go to a cutscene (must be one that isnt a replay) then when the cutscene ends you will still have the armour but no the 2 weaponsI hope you like this glitch :p

To get the purple two-sided lightsaber, pause the game, press: circle, square, circle, square, up, down, left, left. The game should unpause by it's self. If not, you did it wrong. To get the wrench, go to the secrets menu and at the bottom there should be something called: "Demo Code". Hit it and you get your wrench back. Do the same thing to get the lightsaber back. Also, to get the "Monkeying Around" skill point, you cannot use the lightsaber, you must use the wrench. I've tried like 30 times.

How to Keep Getting Bolts
On the planet tyhrranosis go to the blue ship next to your ship then go in it. There will be 4 missions keep doing the 4th one use the nitro erupter if theres enemies in piles. At the end of the mission there will be 4 rounds of the litte guys keep runing and lead them into a pile then use the nitro eruptor.keep doing this cheat you will get 2000 bolts each time you do the last mission.if you repeat doing the 4th mission you will have alot of bolts.i have 500,000 bolts because I did this cheat.

Strategy for Grand Prize Bout in Annihilation Nation,Station Q
Round 1: Just Hyper Strike every ninja TWICE.Round 2: You might want to pull out your Shock Blaster for this round.
Round 3: Just destroy every Blade Ball with your OmniWrench 8000.

Walk through any wall offline!
In multiplayer, go to any level that has gooey stuff and a hovership. Start off by getting a hovership and go where your practically touching the goo. Get out of your hovership. While your flailing, press triangle to get back in your hovership. You can now walk through any wall! Note: I would recommend switching to first person mode so you can see more inside of the wall in case there is an edge right by you in the wall. You also have to jump to get in the wall.

Ratchet trophy - florana - after the only wall jump of the level climb up the yellow ladder then turn around and jump to the ledge..next go around the side of the building (without falling off) and you will get the trophy.Clank trophy - holistar studios - after using the hacker for the elevator when it reaches the top turn left and you will see the trophy.
Courtney gears trophy - koros - when you kill the second big robot guy with the missiles and lasers climb up the boxes to the right of him then jump the the glass ledge left of the boxes and go in the small building.
Plumber trophy - daxx - when you get the charge boots don't jump down near your ship look right of the ledge and you'll see a glowing ball of gold...wonder what that could be?
Al trophy - tyrannosis - when you go to the northeast one of the four big guns you have to take out go up the wall jump...turn around...then long - jump to the ledge of which you see the trophy.
Lawrence trophy - command center - when you get past the hologise section...past the swingshot/dynamo pad...and you turn left, look up and you should see the trophy on a ledge of which you need to climb a ladder to get to.
Dr. Nefarious trophy - crash site - once you kill the big dude with the miniguns at the beggining of the level go up the ledge north of there and it will be sitting there.
Quark trophy - quarks hideout - before you go into Quarks room where he is sitting go west and you will see it in a small room off the side of the main room.

Easy way to defeat dr. Nefarious
An easy way to defeat Dr. Nefarious is when you reach the bottom stay as far away as possible from him (to where you are ALMOST falling off the edge into you death). Shoot him again and again and it "should" skip the video (i don't remeber if it does or not) but the way you will know that it works is that he keep doing his laugh over and over again (you won't here it but you will see him laugh). Just keep shoot him and his health will go down until he's dead and it will skip to the part where you fight his Biobliderator and then you can enter challenge mode. It will be esier to get a gadgetron PDA first so you don't run out of ammo but it cost 250,000 bolts which is easy to get on planet koros just bust every table and kill all the enimies and right after you defeat the 3rd giant robot jump into the water and you will start at the begining with all your bolts and you can repeat as many times as desired also if you break all the tables you will get a skill point called "you break it you buy it". Note:The Nefarious thing may have been a glitch but try it and see if it works because my Slim PS2 was on for over 10hours that day.

Really cool and simple cheat
Alright first turn your ps2 on and choose system configuration.Then change the time to 3 am and start up ratchet and clank3.
Then go to metropolis,into the first building there and the teleporter that would normally be busted will teleport you to this place called the insomniac museum.
Explore around and see behind the scene pictures and sketchs.

Daxx - go right after watching the pop video
Daxx - hookshot over 3 spots. To your immediate left now is 3 towers - the bolt is there. To get to it, go to the room in the lower left of the map. Hit the button on the ledge, then race fast with the charge boots straight east to the door that is now open. Another way of describing it - first hacker door, then it's through the door to the left that is closed. To open it, go back to the room on the right and press the button.
Gemini - first moon, the bolt is behind a forcefield in a tunnel, directly across from an open tunnel. Go to the spinny thing then run down the tunnel and to the other one to get in before the force field closes again.
Gemini - second moon, from start turn left and over bridge. Go to jump spot - jump up and right to the platinum bolt. If you go all the way up to the bridge just go halfway across it and jump off the bridge to the right.
Holostar Studios - at intertwined duo path, go up one path to tall pillar and go all the way up the top.

Metropolis - go left from the first room through the window. Go straight through the second room and hook shot to the bolt.
Metropolis - fly your hover ship into it during the mission, it's on a metal walkway
Metropolis - go through sunbeams area then go right around the ledge to a bolt. hop up stpes and around.
Zeldrin / Crash Site - Down the magnetic path at the start.
Aridia - under the big main bridge, use gravity boots to get it
Aridia - 'noids coming over the bridge' - big ship. Don't blow up the two blue domes - go hard right up the magnetic trail then jump forward and go behind the building.
Quark's Hideout - from your ship, take the squiggly back path down a gravity boots tube, take a walkway and you'll see it ahead of you. You have to go forward on the walkway until the first snowy spot and then jump down from there.
Koros - on the second island, around left after the picnic area. Jump up blue boxes that leads to trophy then jump over fence.
Koros - In higher picnic area, go around behind building on left and climb ladder up to second floor.
Command Center / Mylon - Talk to the tyrranoid, go up the elevator, then drop down from the force field.
You'll find trophies scattered around the worlds, just like you find titanium bolts. Here are where I've found them!
Note that the top row has 9 character trophies, found around the worlds, while the bottom row has 6 accomplishment trophies.
Ratchet Trophy
on Florana, from top of wall jump to ladder area, go along ledge
Al Trophy
on Tyhrranosis to the far right. Wall jump up and then sail over to the pillar.
Quark Trophy
at Quark's Hideout, before you get to him in his bedroom. It's in a nook to the left.
Nefarious Trophy
Crash site - jump down from start point and go along to spot with ledge on right. The trophy is up there with a few bad guys.
Scrunch Trophy
on Metropolis, in the 2nd room of level - up on shelf
Plumber Trophy
Daxx - pillar right at entrance - jump up rocks around the edge of the island
Clank Trophy
Holostar Studios - at first hacker spot - take elevator up. Ledge on the left has the trophy
Courtney Gears Trophy
Koros - jump up blue boxes around to left in first area, then follow ledge
Lawrence Trophy
Command Center - Across hypershot and left is a brown ladder up to a pillar.
Annihilation Nation Champion Trophy
Beat all Quartastic battles
Friend of the Rangers Trophy
Complete all ranger levels
Nano Finder Trophy
get 200 nanotech health points (on second pass through)
Skill Master Trophy
get all skill points
Titanium Collector Trophy
get all bolts
Omega Arsenal Trophy
get all full upgrades (to level 8) on all weapons (i.e. on 2nd pass through game)
When you get all trophies you get to a teleporter that lets you into the Insomniac Game Museum with tons of fun stuff!

All the Dr. Nefarious and Dan skin cheats only work on a preferableonline user name for one person!!!!!

4.turn up the heat/starship pheonix; purchase infernox armour
5.monkeying around/starship pheonix:hit scrunch with your normal wrench swing (not comet strike)
6.reflect on how to score/marcadia: kill 25 enemies with refractor
7.basht the bug/annihilation nation: kill scorpio with only wrench
8.be an eight time champ/annihilation nation: beat all the gauntlets (courses that you run through)
9.flee frawlessly/annihilation nation: complete any gauntlet with out any hit
10.lights, camera, action!/annihilation nation: destroy 5 cameras on any gauntlet

Gadgetron PDA
Hello Again, now I'm going to tell you how to get the Gadgetron PDA. The only bad thing about the PDA is it costs $250.000, and it really jacks up the price of your ammo(shipping and handling).O.K, all you have to do is go to the level where you find that fraud, captain Quark after the big ship crashes. Right at the beginning of the level look to your right and there should be some steps. All you have to do is walk up the steps and go the whole way to the end of the magna - boots path. WARNING-It's not easy.
Then you should see a vender with the personal hygenator, a handheld krotchatizer, and the PDA.
